sorry, i don't know where to start this thread at so im just going to start it here in the music and arts section. anyways. . . .does anybody cosplay?

i've only cosplayed:
-L (deathnote)
-Lavi (d.gray man)

I don't do it, and I think people that do it are a little strange....

but I have seen some VERY impressive ones done. Some people that look like the human version of the person they are supposed to be... and I mean nearly exactly like them.

it's not for me but it takes effort and time to do and I respect the effort.

yeah, the EXTREMELY good ones (mainly japanese) are mostly models. models that can pull off any look. i only do it with my friends for the fun.

that's fair... I've seen some american ones that were pretty good too... white people and white characters....

but yeah, the models get the makeup done properly and everything and that helps.

nahh, well kind of. but my very first cosplay was L which is just a white longsleeves and jeans. but lavi was a good challenge. and thank you, i get really bored at home so might aswell do something productive.

i like cosplay its fun but i dont do it vary much iv been to a couple animecons, and i have to disagree with Aznjon not only models can pull it off there are several hundred people here in japan that pull it of really well mostly kids 13-16 years old.
