Ok, ok, I know this may seem crazy, since there is no real way of cheating ENTIRELY fairly, but in Pokemon you can cheat fairly, specially while playing it in an emulator. What I'm trying to imply here is that sometimes certain Pokemon cannot be found in a specific version of a game, so there's only two ways to obtain them, trading or cheating. But while playing emulated Pokemon games, trading can be a bit complicated(you either have to trade them from another game you have, which is annoying since you have to get the Pokemon you want and all that, plus trading with someone else can be a bit difficult since not many people are actually online in Hamachi servers anymore. With all of that set, let's start cheating. If you wish to obtain Pokemon, just obtain one at a time. For example, get a Chikorita, and raise it until it's around level 50(I'd also suggest training a Pokemon till it's last evolution, but 50 might help you get a clean conscience). If you wish to get rare items, get a reasonable amount of them. For example, in Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal, do not clone 99 Master Balls, just clone about 10 or so, that's all you would need, plus some surplus.

And that's it, that's all you would need to know to cheat fairly. If you feel like I should add something, just post your pointers here, and maybe we could make a guide that all Poke Fans would enjoy. Laterz

Cool Kiddo1: No, the retro rooms dont have built in cheats. Yet. Maybe on day.

mojo: While that post is good, it sort of doesnt have much to discuss.
I mean most cheaters dont care about playing fairly and wouldnt do as you suggested.
I'm thinking this might be a good discussion thread for Video games, what do you think?
Something like "How to feel better about cheating in 10 easy steps" or something
Maybe not.

True but still mojomaster I just don't think that it is right to cheat in a game no matter what because you should do it with out cheats as it is harder and more challenging.

cheating is only acceptable in the case of you can't do it ANY other way. such as Aerceas.

I have never cheated. I think it would ruin the challenge of the game. Couldnt a cheat device mess up your save file too?
