In the house I am living in now, I DIDN'T have annoying neighbors. But we just got a group of jock college guys. They just started moving in 2 days ago, and they already are pissing us off. They play loud music, they stand out on their porch and yell, play football on their 30ft wide lawn, scream all their conversations, and have had a late night loud party. I guess it is perfect timing for us because we are starting our move tomorrow. Dodged that bullet.

Yeah, I have some annoying neighbors. Most of them are perfectly fine, but until they moved out a few months ago, there were people that lived behind us that had late night parties practically every night during the summer. They were very annoying. And still now we have some late party neighbors, but they aren't as bad. But they have a somewhere around 11 year old kid that is EXTREMELY annoying. Not going to go into the details, but I really wish they would move.
