i appologize if there has been a thread of this before.
inform me if it has. thank you.

so. . . anyone knows a good anime movies out there?
-ive seen a couple naruto movies (even though im not a fan) but i admit that it was ok.
-i also like full metal alchemist: the conqueror of shamballa.
-also the first couple of digimon. (love'm)
-most of the pokemon movies. (love'm too)
-a drama called 5 centimeters per second. you ladies should watch it. its really good. and you guys who are ok with drama, should watch it too.
-an action called sword of the stranger. highly recomended for you guys. girls can watch it, but its mainly fighting.

so, you guys should share some anime movies that you've seen.

yeah, i agree with calc_nerd anything made by hayao miyazaki is good (kiki's delivery service, spirited away, my friend totoro, castle in the sky, etc....)

also check out akira, it's probably the best anime movie i've seen

i'd probably check out kiki's deliver service and akira. sounds interesting. ive seen spirited away, its pretty good.

Try Metropolis, Black Jack, Sin, Jin-Roh and Blood for starters.
Then you also have classics like Ghost in the Shell, Akira, Ninja Scroll and Vampire Hunter D.
Look at broadening your horizons futher then just watching Studio Ghibli stuff.

Also this should probally go in the anime section so I'll just move it now

and also, i dont really know/pay attention to what studios they are from. most of the anime movies i've been watching is from my girl, she recommended them lol. thats why i'm used to watching a lot of shojo type anime.

They're not movies but go to animesquish.com they got all anime epsiodes and alot of anime shows have movies. try bleach and Rurouni Kenshin.

As for me I would recomend Kiki's Dlivery service,Princess Mononoke,Howls moveing castle,My neighbor Totoro,Sprited Away, and The Inuyasha movies are pretty good as well. Mostly I watch the classics. They tend to have the best story lines and animations. If your looking for Anime turned live action I would recomend the Death note movies.(Death Note,Death Note:The Last Name, And L: Change the World.) They have amazing actors and actresses. They really capture the charactors nature.(Though I think it would have been better if they would have casted Cosplayers instead>.<).But those are just my recomendations. Hope I was able to help a bit.
