The current programs I've got for my hack are...
- Advance Map
- Advance Text
- Advance Trainer
- PokePic
- unLZ-GBA
- PokeTronic

Are there any other handy tools I will need to download?
And there's one program I need...
I don't know how to make trainer/gym leaders give your character
TM's / Items...
I need Misty to give my character a TM... But i don't know how...
And how to change the TM's name etc.

Please help me out.

Can't you use advance map and a script editor to change the tm? 
Also YAPE is nice.
