Due to an unwelcome encounter with a Gloom, and not helped by the fact that Team Meanies caused his team to lose all of his Revival Seeds, the Meowth leader of Rescue Team Neo Cipher (no relation to Cipher from Orre) has fainted, but before he blacked out, he has sent the following Wonder Mail:

(Sadly, I can't find the male/female symbol codes, but the male one, IIRC, is the one where the arrow points to the upper-right)

The first Rescue Team to reach the group, save them, and send off the mail back to them to let them know that they are A-OK will be rewarded with both the rewards the game provides... and 100 Viz. All other teams will get the in-game rewards.
