Cant play a game in the video game room ( the game is mega man x4)

Well that day i saw mega man x 4-6 and wanted to play them....i had checked my emulator it was working and it cant show me a button so i can click and then....badly i cant play  
have been on downloads but no need.....a failure that cant be activate since that i cant play
methods tried to do : 
re-install Retro game room plugin which was triple times (3 times)
refresh website (5 times) 
i played the following games then so i wait :
Mega man Xtreme 2
Also mega man xtreme 1 (game boy color)
i then went back to game but it seemed as a disaster i cant belive,besides i saw screen-shots of the game,and played the following games then :
Mega Man V
Mega man IV
@Local Mods : try helping me the most
