Hercule/Mr. Satan, obviously. As far as I'm concerned (I could be wrong), he doesn't actually have any powers. He's pretty weak anyhow.

To me, its a deadlock tie between Mr. Satan and Yamcha. Though since Yamcha was in Dragon Ball, my vote goes to Hercule. He did surprise everyone in GT though when he stood up against Vegeta/Baby Great Ape form.

Yamcha, simply because at the beginning of the series with the saibamen hes the first to die. Hes worse than Krillin XD

Mr Satan is pretty weak with a power level of about 140 or something like that. I know krillin is the strongest human in the world but in combat he is useless, every attack he makes either does little damage or it misses altogether and he is drained of power. Yamcha is just weak, I think tien is much better than he is and has the tri-beam which is extremely powerful and awesome.

The farmer guy raditz killed had a power level of 5 or something, so he is pretty weak. But I just wanted to stress that krillin is just pathetic and useless, his moves are decent, but he never hits anyone and he puts all of his power into one attack which misses. A lot of the characters do that. 

Vegeta, picclo, and goku are my 3 favorite characters. 

   Razor-987: But you must admit Mr.Satan is kind stronger then you give him credit for he did survive being back handed into a big rock, survived behind hit in the head with a big rock, and survive being blasted by kid buu when he was propelling him self back to Goku and Krillin did kill 5 saibamen after yamncha died 

turtle's definitely the weakest. his power level at the start of DBZ was 0.001

personally and if you look at the power levels, krillen is the strongest human on earth. tien is not a human, yamcha is weaker and hercule just like what one of you said he is too scared but krillen is still stronger. I would have to say yamcha.

Definitely would say Hercule is the weakest character in the series, though if you are talking about character that actually fight, Chiaotzu is probably the most useless. After the fight with Nappa, I can't remember another time you ever see him fight, and his only useful move was self-destruct. I have a Pokemon that can do that, and then I can revive him. Yamcha would be the most useless of the more human-looking characters. He acts tough throughout the series, but he's always a few steps behind everyone else. Even Krillen has his useful moments, and if not for Krillen, Goku would have never gone SS to begin with to beat "Freezer." (TFS reference) So I'd still argue Yamcha as being the most useless because he pretends to be the toughest of them all, and I'm pretty sure he was killed by a Saibaman.... Even Krillen managed to survive.

Yajirobe is the obvious answer. Things he did in DB/Z: save Goku after getting wrecked by Evil King Piccolo, cut off Vegeta's tail. That's it. He's done.

Mr. Satain is by far the weakest dragon ball z character ever. In mostly all of his world martial arts tournaments he paided fighters to lose. He also lied about beating cell and majin buu. He's a weakling compared to every other major character in the show. 

First thing, Mr. Satan/Hercules is not a weak character. I mean, he has a power level of 100-200, compared to the average human PL of 5-10, so compared to humans, he is insanely powerful. Thing is, he's fighting people that can blow up planets by sneezing, of course he stands no chance. He is the most powerful, non-ki manipulating human. (That means no Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Videl, Roshi... You get the idea.) Plus, he has helped a lot during the anime, with Buu, twice.

Second off, Krillin. Krillin here is the most powerful human of the entire season. Plus, all the krillin dies jokes, he has only died 3 times, around the same as Goku, so there's that.

My vote goes to Yajirobe, who is a ki-manipulating human, was semi-trained by Korin, and still didn't do anything throughout the series. At least every other character did something to help out, except Yajirobe. Alright. He did do two helpful things, but instantly ran away after doing so.
