I am constantly re checking my notifications for replies to my posts and threads or to see if my reviews were rated. I always refresh like every 10 minutes to see if someone messaged me or if anyone commented on my profile or if someone important adds an announcement or message or something. So I check them all the time, but I don't like going back and forth in a message because of all of the re re re re, so I try to keep it brief in explanation. So yes I do check every hour maybe to see if anything pops up
