I'll start off by saying that I have only been here a few months so if this has already been discussed/decided then close this. Also if this is the wrong place for this my bad.

My first question... Has a limit on screenshots per game ever been discussed? This doesn't need to be done but I feel like having a limit, say 10-15, would force people to take better screenshots. It makes you assess your own work, which is good. It also gives people with less screenshots a better chance for theirs to be noticed. If a game has 50 screenshots and it looks like 44 are from one person, you probably won't even go through until the end... just my opinion.
I admit I am guilty of it myself for a few games(FF2, Lufia 2), So many great parts...

Second question... Would it be better if you could rate a persons screenshots from their profile page as well? If someone developed a body of work that you liked, you could look at/rate shots right from their page and not have to run through every game they own.

Just some thoughts...  discuss... or don't.... all good either way, Cool...

The answer is no to both of them. In all honesty, I don't think there should be a limit to screenshots per game. For one, some people like to take a shot of every level, boss, etc. For games that would give you more than 15 of those, they couldn't make them. Also, why should people put real thought into it? A shot of a game is a shot of a game. Even if it is a thoughtless shot, it still gives people eve more of an idea of the game just by seeing a shot taken at that moment.

They would still be able to take as many as they want. They would all be on their own page. They just wouldn't all be able to make it to the game page. The limit could even be more like 30 or so. I do see your point though... and it's a good one. But still...
