Definitely not broken. I play this from time to time. Never had a problem with it. What exactly happens? Does the loading bar just not fill up? Do you have this problem with any other GBA games? If so, is it only GBA games that give you this problem?

Since I'm not sure what you're talking about, I can't exactly help you but I'm going to ask you a couple things.
-Have you tried using a different internet browser?
-Do you have the RGR plugin?
-How exactly is it not loading? Is it displaying an error screen?

The last one is the most important. Tell us exactly how it's not loading so others can help you.
