So, the plan would be to do this every Saturday, and I would put you through a basic military workout. Probably around noon or 1 my time... (I am 5 hours behind server time currently). 

If you are interested, let me know. We start this Saturday. I promise you... if you do what I have you do every day, you're strentgh, durability, stamina, and resialancy will get better.

I do P.T quite often myself, being former military.  If you stick with it then you will find that it really isn't too hard, your first week may be the most enduring, Singelli, but keep the mentality that you can do it and you will do fine.
