Just wondering if theirs anything I can do to increase my graphics without replacing any hardware? I'm thinking software I guess, also is there any I can use to increase my memory? Preferable for free? I also have a diagnosis of my computer with all the info on it, if anyone knows how to read that kind of stuff, I would really like someone to look over it and tell me what they think, and give some suggestions on how to make it better. Thanks! There could be some Viz involved for the right kind of info.

Well there is some info that is instantly useful and recognisable. Open the start menu, right click and select properties. Tell me everything it says about RAM (Memory) and the CPU. If these are too low then you will simply have to replace them with better ones.
There is software you can use that frees up ram and can help you with performance such as Game Booster.
If you do go for replacing the hardware you can get RAM extremelly cheap. CPU's I don't know about prices, but the more cores the better. (of course) Get a Nvidia or AMD one.

AgnarLotbrok : There is no way to increase the memory of your computer without changing the hardware. Similar to the graphics.

Increased memory would require you to purchase and install Ram.

Increased Graphics memory would require you to purchase a graphics card and install it. If you have a decent graphics card, you might be able to overclock it, or turn some settings up, but those changes probably wont make a huge difference.

The only thing you can really do related to software is to uninstall any software you don't use, and shut down anything running that you don't need in order to conserve memory and CPU usage.

Mr_Miner_092 : I'm not sure how you are going to "help him" since what he's looking for basically doesn't exist.

Jordanv78 : Well, it doesn't hurt to try, does it? Although, you are right, he can't really change it without spending money, and he is pretty much out of luck if he has a laptop....

AgnarLotbrok : It's also possible to increase the memory and the graphics by overclocking your computer, but it's not really a good idea though, unless you want to risk blowing up your computer.

Updating your device drivers (The processor drivers for memory and display drivers for graphics) to the latest version could actually help out.

Good luck!
