Firstly, the "Battle Arena" is still in development so does not work yet. Wait for an annoucment about it.
You can invite friends to the site by giving them the referal link you see on the main page.
But you can't have a friends list or anything.

On the random questions:
Yeah, umm sure, Kill Bill is pretty good.
Well I'm pretty nerdy, so blah
And no, I dont know either of those people.
