Back in college, I had this phys. ed. class that suggested relaxation techniques, and one of them was listening to relaxing music. Since most of my music library is video game music, I started looking for relaxing tracks, and I found many. "Omen", "Shevat" and "Faraway Promises" from Xenogears are probably the best ones (and the first ones I used). With time, I expanded my relaxing library with tracks such as The Brink of Time (Chrono Trigger), Lenna's Theme and the Music Box (Final Fantasy V Dear friends) and a few tracks from the Final Fantasys (Chasing the Black Caped Man, Treno, The Road to Purgation).

Any other suggestions?

The funny thing about this is that all of that music is from RPG games.
I find the music from the Metroid games (Not all of it of course) to be quite calm.
A good song to relax to is the the Agartha theme in Lords of Shadow.
