So my computer has been acting strange the last few days, it started off by not letting me click anything I have pinned to my start menu, and now I cant even click anything on my desktop. When it happened before a simple system restart solved this problem, however it is not fixing it this time around. I have tried restarting, scanning for viruses, which turned up nothing malicious. It is really starting to bother me, has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? Or do I need to take my computer into the shop and pay to resolve the issue.

EDIT: Found out it was skype locking me out, so the problem has been fixed. If the next person to see this would be so kind as to summon a mod to close the thread I would appreciate it
