Clearly the point is that you shouldn't use drugs when you are around electricity, or you are going to get messed the hell up like the character in the second panel.

I like it. Creepy, but very memorable.

I especially like the second one. While it's creepy, and full of red... it seems sad or painful. But I may be way off. The writing really ads to it... I feel like it's a warning or a lament, not sure which.
