I tried playing Nintendo 64's Pokemon stadium 1&2 but I can't double click to get to the menu and change the controls. This is VERY frustrating what can I do?

Are you using the 1964 or mupen emulator? 
The 1964 lets you change the controls but the mupen doesn't. The mupen is better suited for a pc controller.
