tRIUNE : I tried doing what you said - changed the emulator to GB - but the bug is still there. I also tried the secondary emulator mednafen and it didn't change a thing. That must mean the problem is indeed in the ROM, right?

tRIUNE : Yes the first three games are PS but since we already have some Sega CD games on here I figure we might be seeing some PS games in the future. Also if you guys were able to do PSP games then a couple Persona games have been remade for that system as well.

ramziel : Normally I'd probably prefer the game donate since I've been in the process of collecting physical copies of games in the RGR for a few years now. However, since it's only 1 game you have to donate, it'd be best that you sell it yourself and than donate the money.

Hello. I really love the site, it's perfect for a retro gamer like me. My favorite game is Earthbound. Unfortunately, my computer has recently had to be pawned to help with a family emergency. I now play (or try to play) at a public computer at a library, which does not allow installation of many programs, and to my utter dismay, this includes the Vizzed RGR plugin. I've messaged you to ask if there was a way to fix the SNES emulator that is used with Java. It's very laggy, most times won't load, and to my and a few others great disappointment, the game Earthbound is insanely glitchy, to the point were it doesn't work at all. Please consider fixing, or if needed, replacing, this emulator. I hope I can soon get my laptop back, get the Vizzed RGR plugin, and play regularly again. In the meantime, this would help people with a similar problem to mine and people with paranoid parents, much like mine used to be, until I convinced them the Vizzed plugin was safe. Thank you for reading my message, and I hope a solution can be found.

mitsuboru : Unfortunately the problem with Yuu Yuu Hakusho Dai 3 Dan - Makai no Tobira Hen isn't in the ROM, I've tried a few different roms and all had the same bug, so I tested it with a different emulator (BGB) and it doesn't have the bug, as seen below. I also tested it with the Java Boy emulator, but still had the bug.


NotSoSuperHero47 : I've tried several different ROMs for Earthbound to run correctly in the SNES Java emulator, the problem is Nintendo coded copy protection into that game which the Java emulator isn't able to bypass.

CalRim99 : At least I was able to fix that one you asked about South Park Chefs Luv Shack.

tRIUNE : (sorry about the late reply, I didn't check about that emulator before and thought this problem had already been solved by the screen shot you posted) I see... And that emulator isn't available here on vizzed, right? Any way it could get added or will this game be simply unplayable for the time being?

mitsuboru : Sorry, I think that I rushed that post and it didn't come out clear maybe. Unfortunately the BGB emulator, which that game works on, isn't in Java, so the only way for that emulator to be added to the RGR is to have a Plugin Update which supports it. This probably won't happen, so, yes, that game will not work in the RGR unless we get that emulator supported in the RGR.

tRIUNE : I got it now, thanks for your reply! I usually play using the Vizzed RGR Plugin so I guess I'll just have to wait until this emulator is added in a future update.
