Heyy guys so im new here lol and i was wondering since you got to use Viz to play games do you have to still pay Viz to play the same game again?

Like for example i was playing Dragonball z earlier and it said i had to pay 30 Viz to play it. Do i have to pay 30 Viz again if i decide to play it later? or will it let me play it for free since i already used the Viz on it?
