Maybe there's already a thread out there that can answer this, but what's the deal with those arcade games with messed-up non-actual names anyway?

Slightly more importantly, if most of these weirdly-named games seem to be unplayable in their current states, why are they still here? They're not hurting anyone, and nobody touches them anyway, but at the same time they're technically taking up space...right? Maybe they should just be deleted wholesale, unless that would cause another issue entirely.

Those are named based on the game's file instead of the game title, and may need additional files added in order to work. In short, they're slowly being tested and renamed as well as adding additional files if needed.

The testing is kinda understaffed though, so they'll probably remain in their current state for a while lol.
