Marian Gaborik was traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets today for forwards: Derick Brassard and Derek Dorsett along with defenseman John Moore Brassard was considered to be an upgrade to the Rangers offense and Dorsett is out for the season but could come back in the post season due to a broken collarbone on March 7th. Moore will be helpful with the Rangers bottom defense pairing especially since the Rangers defensive depth took a hit with Marc Staal taking an eye injury in March 5th. Do you guys think that this trade was a smart and fair trade or not?

I think it'll be interesting to see how the teams will work together and play since I never saw this coming, mostly due to the fact I don't watch baseball a lot nowadays. But this now gives me a reason to start watching again! However I do think some will say it wasn't smart.
