awesomehead885 : If you mean the picture to the left of your posts under your name, then you need to be a member to add one. That requires you to make at least 10 posts and be on Vizzed for a week or more, then you can upload an avatar.

If you are talking about the pictures to the right of your post, those options unlock to you when you are a trusted member or higher, as far as I know anyway.

awesomehead885 : The pictures in and out of the box are part of the bio, not the profile picture. This is available to everyone and is editable through HTML. Setting a background through HTML is how people have done this.
