What exactly does this mean. When I post than someone else posts and I respond to that post it says that I have to many back and forth posts. Does anyone know exactly what this means? I posted, someone else posted, than I posted responding, three more people posted and than I had to respond to one and it said I had to much back and forth posting. I need help.

I have hit this before to, but I wasn't aware of it until I read David's post about it.
