rcarter2 : Do cut-scenes count? O.o I was under the impression they didn't, so I never counted any.... Darkpower508 : From my understanding, your submission in even your first entry wouldn't count. The three shots have to be a title and/or some combination of gameover, level 1, level 2, mini-game, character select, world map... what have you. So in that game, there is already a title in the primary slot and then shots of level, character select etc. The only shot you would be able to take would be the game over? (Though I'm not sure if that would count since there are three shots including the title already.) While you're here rcarter, can you tell me if I'm mistaken or right? Singelli : Cutscenes can count toward slot 3. Slot 1 is title, slot 2 is gameplay and slot 3 can be gameplay, cut scene, menu, basically anything else. I'll go an update my post to mention this. |

Davideo7 : Well, one more question. If you look at that game I linked, am I correct then, in saying Darkpower's 1 shot wouldn't count? There is already a title shot, a gameplay, and several other shots of various details. None of them were ever just ASSIGNED to the third slot. |

Singelli : I went through them either last time or the time before that (can't remember which). But usually, you have 2 people with a lot of submissions, and a lot with very few. This time, we have 3 with a lot, a few with a moderate amount, and some with very few. For time purposes, it might be good to have another person help out by just splitting the work down the middle. (Just to put anyone at ease, you could go through mine so there is no question about me being bias on my own score). Keep in mind though, it probably took you forever because along with each submission you found to be mistakes, you had to take the time to explain why each one was a mistake. When it comes to just tallying up scores, you don't have to worry about explaining/typing anything. Just click, count, click, count, click, count. It takes less time than you would think. |
