So, I've had a run of issues with the RGR Plugin, none of which really seem to fit into the pre-existing categories regarding issues with it so I'm going to run through what has happened, worked or not worked, etc and then grovel for help. The first issue that arose was in Internet Explorer. I was playing some of my games and the game screen, not the browser window but the viewable portion of the game, seemed to shift or shrink and cut out a part of the game along the bottom and right sides of the game. I moved to Fire Fox after asking the Staff for help, however the issue didn't go away. The Staff suggested that I F11 maximize the browser (which did work to correct the shift/shrink issue), however I had since gone to playing in Safari which for a while didn't have an issues.Yesterday and today, all three of the browsers refuse to load any of the games. On the bottom of the plugin window I'm now seeing an error: Failed to parse sever file version info.I'm not sure what this means, but it's across IE, FF and Safari now. The game view was fine, for the short while that the plugin worked after fixing the shift/shrink issue. I have tried re-installing and repairing the plugin, but that doesn't seem to do anything.Any help would be appreciated, especially from other people who've had similar problems. At the very least we might be able to get a brainstorm going.

Game Archeologist : I will start out by saying that I personally prefer using Firefox or Chrome when browsing Vizzed. Lately I have been using Chrome because it seems more stable with all of the flash that is running on the site/ads

The error that you are getting may have something to do with your graphic card drivers. Have you recently updated anything with regards to your graphics card?

Also I noticed that all the games you are trying are GBA games.

What happens when you load this game? https://www.vizzed.com/play/final-fantasy-nes-online-nintendo-nes-291-game

I will admit, Jordanv78, that Firefox seems to run the smoothest of the three I've tried. My Chrome, as per your suggestion, doesn't really work well on my computer. I'm not really sure why, although I'm not the only person that uses this particular computer. Being the only one that is not tech savvy and thus least likely to mess around with it I can't really say why it doesn't work. I tried that link you posted in Safari and it loaded perfectly fine. As for the graphic card, nothing has been done to the hardware of this computer in recent memory. Given that I only started using this computer for Vizzed recently, I don't know that's the likely issue. But as I say, not exactly tech savvy.

Game Archeologist : Hmm that's interesting. The reason I asked about the graphics card is because a quick google search of your error seems to point in that direction.

As for the game I linked you to before, did it load for you?

I'll link it again here just to make it easier on you. https://www.vizzed.com/play/final-fantasy-nes-online-nintendo-nes-291-game

Let me know if that game loads and we can go from there.
