I would use Alakazam as the Scientist. An IQ of over 5,000? Yes, please!

For the Police, I would have Swellow, Lucario, and Aggron. Swellow is extremely fast, useful for cutting criminals off. Lucario is powerful and agile, easily overcoming criminals in chases and the like. Aggron is just a huge,hulking monster. Gotta use brute force sometimes! And the country's mascot would be Braviary, for obvious reasons.

I'd love for an Arcanine to be as an officer as they just look cool beside good trainers
