The Pokémon Hack Snakewood is one of my favorite hacks of all time. It's probably up there with Pokémon Light Platinum and the Pokémon Ruby Destiny series.
Graphics: I gave the graphics a six just for the simple fact that it is third generation graphics. I've played so many hacks that have these same graphics, which actually is the reason I gave the graphics such a low score.
Sound: I gave the sound the I gave the graphics because they are the exact same thing you hear in the original games and most of the hacked games.
Addictiveness: I gave the addictiveness a 10!!! The reason I did so was because honestly Pokémon is the last place you would expect to find zombies, but Snakewood offers just that. Also, everybody loves zombies and a lot of people enjoyed the Pokémon series during adolescence, so this is basically a match made in heaven.
Story: I gave the story a 10 as well because the story is totally original. The story has so many holes in it making you want to figure out the secrets of your life while you have amnesia. The game makes you do weird things to obtain the badges and hidden machines like beating random zombies or doing quests for different people. An interesting quest was the murder of a man in New Maulville. You had to talk to different people to then find out the murderer.
Depth: I gave the depth a seven because this game has a lot to offer. The different ways to obtain badges and hidden machines, the game was pretty long giving you time to train your Pokémon, and the various rivals like Alicia, other wise known as War, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Gleis the Taoist, and many others. Another thing this game has to offer is the various zombie Pokémon from Boilbasaur to Graveill and Moulder the two catch able zombie Pokémon.
Difficulty: I gave the difficulty an eight because this is a pretty darn difficult game. Actually, at one point in my first play through, all my Pokémon were level 50's while the average Pokémon I faced was a level 67. Another reason it was difficult was the fact that whenever you went through a long and difficult chain of battles where your Pokémon were all on the verge of fainting there was usually a rival in front of a Poke center.
Overall: The game was great overall and I loved every second of the twists and turns in this very mysterious, zombie-filled Pokémon hack!
