Havokq3 : The code works fine. You need to do it when the start screen starts scrolling. The "Konami" code works in most of the NES Konami games. Just that for some other games it's varied a little bit.

Up Up Down Down left right left right B A (then start or select then start if you want 2 players) If this is not working you are doing something wrong.
