You go to "edit profile & settings" just above the retro game room logo on the upper left side of the board, left side of the main vizzed board logo. Afterwards, go under the "appearance" section and there you'll find "mini pic". Click "choose file" and from there you'll now be able to put a small pic beside your username.

To sum things up:

edit profile & settings -> appearance -> mini pic -> choose file

If you're talking about the style in which the letters of your username is written (like yours is plain blue letters... but Juliet's was pinkish and underlined), you can't actually change that. The color is based on gender (though Globals get forced to a brownish color regardless of gender, I think) and the decoration of the text is based on your user status (Trusted, Staff, Mod, etc).
