Usually, I get around 5 or 8 Notifications per day. Most part of them are due to Mod work. Others, are Profile comments or Screenshot ratings and such.

The most that I have ever woken up with was 9 including the welcome to vizzed notification. I usually get maybe 3 or 4 in the morning but the day I had that many, it was my birthday and the comments were mostly on my profile or on a review reply. I will probably have 2 or 3 tomorrow because usually one of my reviews gets rated or it is a reply to my post or thread, that is normally what the majority of my notifications is. So at the most, I have had 9 notifications, other times I have gotten 7 and 8.

Since I'm new, I can not accurately say how many, but from the ones I get I have gotten 2-3 a day. One of course is always the visited Vizzed notification, the others are usually about posts.
