This is a co-op forum between my knowledge of Starfox and Bombchu link's knowledge about cavestory. He did an about cavestory thread, so I figured it would be appropriate to do one about starfox. Starfox is about fox mccloud and his team called starfox. They go throughout the lylat system and stop an evil villain named andross multiple times. Fox's father was presumed dead after one of his team members betrayed him and was never seen again. You use the Arwing, a special kind of spaceship to attack the troops sent by Andross to occupy planets throughout the lylat system. Fox is not alone though, he is accompanied by falco Lombardi (awww yeah) a former gang member who is armed with a cool jacket and an awesome attitude, Slippy toad a pretty annoying frog who is in charge of helping fox defeat various bosses, and peppy hare, peppy accompanied fox's father on his fateful mission and managed to come out alive. Fox also has a rival team, star wolf. Star wolf and his team attempt to stop fox at various times, although they rarely succeed. This game makes you keep track of your team and keep them safe, providing help when they need it. Fox can also use a land tank called a landmaster and a submarine called the blue marine. This game will also have you fight with various bosses at the end of a level, though all of them seem to have a flashing red weakspot and are easy to defeat.
