You could try to see if a different web browser works to narrow down the possibilities. I regularly use Chrome or Firefox when surfing vizzed. A quick check confirms that it is working in both. It could be that a browser add-on like ADblocker is causing issues.

Or a lesser possibility is that your Anti-virus or firewall is blocking that program for whatever reason.
