I'm sorry if this has already been posted somewhere on the forums or if it is in the wrong place, but one of the games that I play, specifically Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team for GBA will not load.
This may be the emulator, though unlikely because Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga for the same emulator works.
When the emulator loads, it crashes on a blank screen and if I use the load state button, the game crashes and plays loud, repetitive screeching noises. This implies that it may be a corrupted save file.

My question is: Can you hard reset a GBA game or delete the save data without opening the emulator itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

squaswin : Hmm this is strange. I cannot replicate this issue on my end. The game seems to work fine using Firefox and Chrome with the default emulator for GBA.

Have you tried to load it in another browser? Does the same thing happen when you use the secondary emulator "Mednafen"? To load using this emulator, load the game like you normally would, then click the link in the upper left hand corner of the game window.

This emulator also supports full-screen by holding Alt+Enter with the game window active.

If neither of those suggestions works, you can always delete your save file as well as the rom from your plugin folder found on your hard drive (Location Varies depending on what Operating system you are running)

Thank you for the solutions.

I tried Chrome and Mednafen but neither worked, so in the end, I had to delete the save files from both my C:/ drive and temporary files, but it now works.
You can close this now and thanks again.

(Sorry for late reply, we had a major computer virus this last few weeks)
