Can't submit/edit layouts

Not sure if this is an issue or if I somehow merited a ban that I never noticed. Either way, I can't edit layouts or make new ones.

My old Leprechaun layouts had faulty code as a result of the change of the post area a while ago (putting a second vertical bar on the right hand side of all posts). I edited the code so that it worked properly. When I clicked Submit, it did the same thing as if I hit Preview. I check the Shop and it's not there. I decided editing might be causing issues so instead I'll just copy/paste the code and submit it as a new layout. Nope. Won't submit.

Not really sure what the issue is here. All I can think is maybe Lazlo layout banned me back when he deleted most of my Shop layouts after the code went bad. If that's not it, then I guess I should start poking JigSaw again

Oh hey... are you sure you don't have any offsite URLs in the layout? That will stop it from being submitted and just act like you hit preview. You should check the errors section to see if it's reporting anything. Also tag errors sometimes stops it. Take a good look over that. This has gotten me in the past.
