Screen captures are things specifically used on PC's that if bought, can record your screen with the push of a button (Or hotkey if you get my reference to most screen captures.)! I recommend Fraps, even if it is expensive! And his email is on his profile.

In your title, there aren't any special characters like the dash sign are there. I had this problem when I tried to upload a video through there titled Battletoads and Double Dragons - The Ultimate Team Playthrough. It turns out having that little dash in the title made it not able to go through. If there are any special characters like that in your title (and your description, just to be safe), take them out and see if that works. Did for me.
