So this is going to be my super lame attempt at posting a decent thread lol
Touhoumon is a modified Pokémon game where instead of little animals you have dolls and/or puppets.
It's like a new Pokémon game; all one bijillion Touhou (also called Bonéka and Puppets) have specific types, some which have not been used yet (I.e. Flying/Ground) so it's like getting a new Pokemon game to memorize what all the freaking types are for the guys.
There are the games where they take place in the pre-set maps of Kanto and Hoenn, so you know what to do but have an entirely new set of Pokemon, or the built-from-the-ground-up games which feels like a new adventure to enjoy with your team of six creatures.
If you like Pokemon then these games will not dissapoint. The graphics for the new Touhou/Pokemon things are pretty well done and the satisfaction of crushing everyone you see with an army of little girls feels so good. The Touhou have a diverse typing right from the get-go so you can build a balanced team very early in the game. It feels different from Pokemon, but it's still the same game, just with little girls with gatling guns.

FunnyFurret : There are actually an awful lot on Vizzed. Try typing "touhou" in the search and you'll get a hunk of results including several Touhoumon games. Each one is different, but the ones I play are Touhoumon Another World and Touhoumon World Link. The former is completely from scratch and while a bit buggy is a terrific game. The latter is a R/S/E hack that is just so much fun! Oh and if you run into that wild CKogasa (sort of replaces Zigzagoon in attacking Birch) in World Link I can tell you that it's ghost type for sure, so don't go trying no normal attacks on that thing.
