Totts is dying, least I hope not, but it feels like it.

Both ends are now open channels and I feel terrible with cramps and pain.

Had to change the sheets twice so far!!!

Totts : The best thing to do is try your best to keep yourself hydrated. Take tiny sips of water (or better yet, something like Gatorade) often. I usually tell patients whenever a commercial break comes on TV, take a tiny sip. This'll help you replenish yourself, plus you'll be more likely to keep yourself from vomiting again.

Unfortunately, the way to treat almost all of these is keep the fluids going and just wait for it to pass. Most of the time, it's a virus so you can't do anything anyway. If it's bacteria, often if you use antibiotic, the bacteria dies, and all the toxins it made get released into your system and you'll actually get worse.

So just do your best to relax and keep drinking water. If it isn't starting to get better within 24-48 hours, call a doctor to get another opinion. Hope you feel better really soon.

I will try to drink Carbonated water, which you can buy for like 0.60 cents where I live, but otherwise, I recommend you rest and sleep.

Yep, sleep helps. Don't try to do anything active, stay home from work, drink a lot, eat only what you can without... you know. Stay safe, drink alot. Canada dry helps a lot. XD

I felt like that when I had the norovirus. That and a huge fever. If you really think it is food poisoning, consult a doctor. And try to keep hydrated. Also if possible try to keep you sugar and salt levels up.
