Davideo7: Thanks! I wish more people would submit their own hacks and walkthroughs. 
Even creators of their own hacks. I'm pretty sure a lot of rom hacker's games are on vizzed and the hacker themselves are on vizzed too.
I do plan on making a lot more hacks after I make a 3 in 1 for the main Pokémon games. 

thing1: It depends. If the game has a lot of good tools it would make it easier. If you are making a big hack then yeah its going to be hard, but if you do something very simple it shouldn't be too hard if you have the right tools. 

To make one just download the game ROM to your computer and the tools you will need. Then just do whatever you want to do with your hack and upload it to a file sharing site. I know one that you don't have to put your real name in. Ill pm it to you if you want. Finally ask tRIUNE to add it and be sure to add lots of screenshots and a video or two. Those always help get more people interested in your hack. I hope yours goes well!
