without those things we wouldn't learn anything....

also, you can't have the good without the bad... because happiness wouldn't seem so great if we weren't sad at some point....

knowledge is the one and only thing that I think will remain with us through the eternities.... well, that, personality, and our experiences... but those really all tie together....
