Taking anything from any Zelda game (be, it a dungeon, weapon, character, or whatever) let's build a unique Zelda game from it. The only rule being that you cannot reuse a game's resources. For example: person 1 chooses a dungeon from OoT. No one else may pick any other dungeon from OoT. Not even person 1 can. If there are any questions, feel free to ask.

We'll shoot for eight dungeons, at least five characters, and no less than 4 weapons. Other items (iron boots, etc.) can be used, but there is no limit or preferred amount on them.

I'll post a list on this opening post as we go, showing what we have so far.

I'll start. Midna, from Twilight Princess.

Dungeons: 5 (Water Temple, OoT. 8th dungeon, LoZ. Goron mine, TP. Earth temple, WW. Earth Temple, SS)
Characters: 4 (Midna. TP. Vaati, MC. Tati, MM. Navi, OoT)
Weapons: 2 (Hammer, WW. Master Sword, LttP. Bow, TP)
Items: 1 (Zora armor, TP)

I'm going to put in a vote for the Water Temple from Ocarina of Time. Partially to annoy other people, but mostly because I actually liked the puzzles in that temple. The boots were a massive pain in the ass, yes, but apart from that, it was a rather impressive part of the game.

I will add Vaati as a character.

I always thought that three of the five characters could be the triforce beings and their two friends as they journey to "purify" the world they made of evil.

Eirinn : yesh he was. He was also in the four swords games.

Alright, let's see if we can breathe some life back into this thing.

Next, I'll go with the hammer from Windwaker.

Well, if we're each allowed to put in more than one suggestion, I'd like to suggest my least favorite dungeon in any LoZ game, bar none: Level 8 from the original LoZ. Blue Darknuts galore, and a few Manhandlas thrown in for good measure. Sure, they're not hard, but it's difficult to avoid being hit before killing them, and you'll need all the health you can get for the Darknuts.

Well since hypermonkey threw in one of his least favorites, I will toss in one of my favorites. The goron mines from TP.

I think ill throw in my least favourite dungeon and that is the earth temple from wind waker. I only beat that game once cause of it.

ender44 : You liked the Goron mines? And you wanted to ban hyper for his answer? After hearing that, I'm thinking you should ban yourself. lol That was one of the worst parts of TP. Yeah, the last half of it was cool, but that first half was so annoying.

Let's add the earth temple from skywarrd sword to this game simply because I thought it was entertaining and offered a bit of a challenge.

Alright, a second Earth Temple (SS this time) and I'll add The Master Sword (LttP). I can't believe it took this long for someone to say the Master Sword. lol

NAVI.

Just to be a pain, I almost said Fi, who is much more annoying than Navi is. She's not a bad character, but you can't speed her up and she breaks the fourth wall, and not in a good way. If she had been more like the kids in Link's Awakening, maybe...

Add that to the fact that I never really minded Navi. Boy, I'm just going to end up irritating everyone with my selections.

hypermonkey : Lol, I actually liked Navi. Maybe because everyone else seemed to hate her. Now if you want to irritate me, pick that talking boat from WW. I hated having to sail around, so bringing that boat into play again would just be awful.

Alright, and I'll take the bow, and say it's from... Twilight Princess.

Heh, I was actually thinking about adding the boat (King of Red Lions, by the way ), but I can't do that until someone adds the Great Sea. What good is a boat on a body of water as small as Lake Hylia? In every incarnation, you can easily swim across it in almost no time at all. Well, not Skyward Sword, but that's because the current grabs you before you have a chance to swim anywhere.
