My screen when I load a game only shows the top left portion of the normal screen and I can't fix it...
I've tried to reinstall the download but that doesn't seem to fix it either. Anyone else have an idea?

Okay, I'm having difficulty visualizing what it is that you are describing.  Can you explain in terms of your browser window and the emulator window?  I think you are saying this:  Your emulator window fills up so much of your screen that only a part of your internet browser shows behind it?

Maybe you can provide us with a screenshot?

firetamer : Are you having this issue with all consoles/systems or just Gameboy and GBA? Which web browser are you using?

If the issue is just with Gameboy; Sometimes you can zoom out by pressing ctl-0 (zero) with your game screen active. If that doesn't work with the GBA games, you can use the secondary emulator Mednafen. Do so by loading the game like normal, then clicking the link in the upper left hand cornered "Play Using Mednafen"
