Okay, first before anyone says anything, I know this might seem like an odd place to put this thread.  However, I figured this might be the best place to put it, considering that being hyper is or does have an affect on your health, and considering the fact that someone might be able to explain the health science behind this.

If it needs to be moved though, please summon a local mod for me. K, thanks.  XD

Alright, so.....
Please tell me it's not just me.  Please tell me that everyone has some weird food that makes them hyper.  For my younger brother, it seemed to be raisins.  For me as a child, it was bananas.  (At least, my mom said that it was weird because she said she had read some article which stated that bananas should make you sleepy.)

For me as an adult? It's hot sauce. Hot sauce makes me ping off the walls in hyper-ness!  I don't know what it is, but when I have hot sauce (which I love and adore), I get tons of energy and I get a little goofy.

Does any odd food make any one else hyper? I mean, foods other than those with high sugar content?

Now here's something I'm genuinely curious about, for those with any knowledge in the area:
Is this effect real?

Does your body physically and chemically become hyper at odd things, depending on your individual make-up?  Or is this similar to a placebo affect, in which you think something makes you hyper and so it does?  In other words, is it -actually- possible that some people can chemically become hyper at odd foods that don't naturally make people hyper?  What is the cause/ reason/ explanation for this?

Hopefully I worded my question in such a way that it makes sense.... I'm not sure I got my question out correctly and in the way I meant to...

Buffalo wings. Don't know why but once I get some, I have or had a wild night out. It's all fun and games until I wake up with a dog next to me
