I have tried looking up a way on the internet how to get to Naval Rock but I haven't had any success.I'm just wondering if it's just me or everybody is like that. If anybody knows please help!

Firstly you need the Mystic Ticket, which I assume you already have. It's an event item gained from a Nintendo Event in 2004. Unless you use cheats to get it, there's not really a way to Navel Rock. But if you do have the Mystic Ticket already, you can go board the SS Aqua (or another ship which I hace forgotten the name to).

However, there is this video on YouTube that explains how to get there without cheats. It's titled, "How to get to Navel Rock with no cheats" and the uploader is MunchingOrange. It should help.

Same here. I have tried having all the tickets and the map, or just having one ticket or just the old sea map, and every single combo I can imagine at both ports as well as the battle frontier. Its just like trying to find Mirage Island. The planets have to align and all that noise for anyone to try and get that to work.
