I want to make a Pokémon Emerald hack. I know how to do the scripting and mapping but I don't know how to make my own title screen and apparently there seems to be no tutorials on YouTube on how to do it. I've checked everywhere but can't find a simple good tutorial.
Please help me or show me a tutorial or something.

I know that Nameless Sprite Editor allows you to access parts of the title screen text through the Navigator (the part that says "Pokemon" and the part that says "Emerald Version"). If you wanted to change more advanced stuff like the background picture, the Pokemon sprite shown, etc... you might be best off with a Tile Editor, finding the graphics that compose the Title Screen in that, and replacing them. Though for Pokemon, you may need to use un-LZ to get those graphics.

Well... the "Emerald" on the title screen is graphics, not text... so I think you'd need to use a program that manipulates the graphics of the ROM and do a swap. A script editor would be more for changing the dialogue in the game.

And you should look at the link crazy li gave also. Just experiment with the tools. Your title screen most likely isn't going to look very well for your first try. Don't give up and be patient. It can take days or weeks or even months to get the perfect title screen.

Could you also give me links to Generation 1 hacking tools. The ones on wackahack Pokemon don't work well. I was thinking about hacking Blue and Crystal.
