I see people post with them all the time, but I can't get any. There's no Layout section in the Item Shop, and no Create New Layout button anywhere. How do I get a layout?

at the top left of the forum there is a link called "Edit Profile & Settings" and in there there is a link called "Edit Layout".

In there you can browse through the layouts that are available to purchase (some are free) and once you have purchased a layout then you have to set it as your primary layout.

If you need any more help post in here again and you should be able to get help to get a layout done up.

In the edit profile and settings group, there should be an edit layout button, from there you can click new layout and make it. And if you want a layout, you can just give me a picture and I can make it.

In that same area, you can also create a layout where it says 'new layout'.  Any image you used must be uploaded to vizzed's photo albums though, and you can only use the basic editor until you become trusted.  The basic editor splits your layout into three different sections, and there are options on the side to help you format your layout.

If you get enough trusted points by being a polite and active member of the site, you can then create a layout using the advanced editor.  This way, you won't be restricted to the three strips, but you will also have to know some basic CSS coding.

Otherwise, you could also shop around here if you don't know how to code or want something very specific.   This is my shop specifically if you want to browse around.
