already downloaded the RGR plugin

whenever i try to play most, if not all of the games have a  message saying that i have to download the RGR plugin on windows when i hover the mouse over the PLAY GAME and it pops up on-top of said link;thus i cant play the game. i have windows comp. and downloaded the plugin any help would would and will be appreciated even if it does not work.

the games i play here are:
sonic battle
Metroid fusion
final fantasy V-VII 
Megaman 6 Falzar
all the sonic advanced games

just in-case this helps
