Hi!

I had a problem with my DVD-drive, it didn't read my TS3 disk, no matter what. So I installed the game on my father's laptop, moved the TS3 files to my own computer, downloaded your file so I wouldn't have to use the %#$%#$ disc and updated my DirectX.

And what do you know, it started to run but then I had a message that the installation was not complete and I had to reinstall......... have you heard about that problem?!?

I'm sooooooo close to be able to play my game!

My Sims 3 game loads normally with my disc in, but while playing, it shuts down my whole laptop. Would this patch benefit my game and fix my problem?
I think I am having problems because of a scratched disc, will the patch enable me to play the game regularly (This didn't happen when the disc wasn't scratched)

I started having this problem, and decided to try to un-install and re-install the game, to see if that helped. The un-install worked, through the control panel, but it still won't regonise the disc, and your solution isn't helping, because there is nothing in the file, as I unistalled the game.

Please help if you can!
