I went into Pokemon Fire Red and i went to skip through the intro by pressing [Enter] and it worked. The arrow pad works to select an option, but when I pressed Z or X, nothing happened? So i double clicked the screen, and none of the controls were changed. So I tried again, nothing. I tried to change the A button (X) to maybe C or something, but THAT didn't even type in. I know I had to re-download the vizzed plugin because if the 2.0 or something. 

Why is this happening? What can I do to fix it?

(EDIT): I tried using mednafan, but it doesn't have my save from the RGR plugin! Plus, something pops up saying "The 1MB isnt installed" or whatever.

 same problem. I mapped my "R" key for GBA to the D key. Now it wont activate the "R" key. When I open the key map, it says that UP is D? How do I fix this. (And yes, I have tried changing he UP key back to the up arrow.)

ChaoticMonki : This issue is reported by some users with the default GBA emulator. Try using the alternate emulator "Mednafen" that shouldn't give you issues.

Load the game like normal. Then click the link in the upper left hand corner of the game window labeled "Play using Mednafen"
