I think that davideo should make the RGR a download itself and the website be for forums and such... somewhat like steam. Just an idea.

That is the whole point of vizzed. It isn't 100% legal to download games to your computer so you can play it offline. Unless you own the physical copy of the game or will delete the game within 24 hours of downloading it.
If you make the website for forums only it would take a lot of fun out of vizzed for a lot of people and the site would lose traffic.
If you want to download the games to your computer you can go to a rom/iso website, like www.get-your-rom.com, and download it. But then you will still need to download an emulator and some you might need to set up. I think it will be easier to stick with vizzed unless you aren't going to be able to go online.
Edit: Plus if you would have to download the rggr it could take a long time to download unless you only download the games you want, but then that would still be the exact same thing as get your rom.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
